I’ve been building businesses since I was 13, and I bring that entrepreneurial fire into every company and client I support. I thrive on watching a territory grow, a business blossom, and a client achieve goals they never thought possible.
My vision is simple: expand, partner, and challenge myself—and others—every single day.
After more than 30 years in the business world, I’ve learned countless lessons, collected unforgettable stories, and built a track record of surviving the “impossible.” And honestly? I’m just getting warmed up.
Imagine what that experience could do for you—and what we could build together.
Real estate is one of the greatest engines of wealth—if you know how to navigate it. I’ve spent decades acquiring, developing, and managing properties that deliver long-term returns, and I use that experience to help others build powerful investment portfolios of their own.
I’ll show you how to evaluate deals with confidence, maximize cash flow, revitalize underperforming assets, and create a strategy that truly scales. Real estate shouldn’t feel overwhelming—it should feel like opportunity. And together, we can build a portfolio that supports the future you want.
Whether you’re aiming for your first rental or an entire portfolio, I help you think bigger, move smarter, and build real estate wealth that lasts.
I’m a partner in multiple companies across different industries, each built on a foundation of strategy, leadership, and a commitment to growth. I know what it takes to build something from the ground up, to scale when momentum hits, and to restructure when things get tough. Over the years, I’ve helped businesses move from idea to launch, from early traction to stability, and from stability to scalable success.
Whether you’re starting your first venture or expanding an existing one, I bring real-world experience to help you start, build, and grow your company with clarity and confidence.
I don’t just teach business—I build it. From refining your vision to creating systems that scale, I’ll show you how to turn your idea into a real business—and your business into a thriving enterprise.
I’ve spent my life building companies, investing in real estate, leading teams, and navigating the kind of challenges you can’t learn from a textbook. I’ve lived the highs, the lows, the breakthroughs, and the rebuilding that shape true leadership. Now, I use that experience to help others grow faster, think bigger, and lead with confidence.
I work with entrepreneurs and organizations to find direction, break through barriers, sharpen their vision, refine their strategy, and build the systems they need to scale.
On stage, I share practical insight wrapped in honest storytelling—connecting with audiences not just through success, but through the struggles that delivered the greatest lessons. My goal is simple: challenge people to take action and elevate their game.
Whether you need tactical guidance, strategic clarity, or inspiration with substance, I bring the experience and perspective to unlock your next chapter of growth.
My journey through entrepreneurship, investing, leadership, and rebuilding taught me one truth: anyone can change their future with the right plan and the right coach.Today, I work with business owners and individuals who want to take control of their finances, grow with purpose, and build a life they’re proud of.Together, we identify what’s holding you back, create a strategy that fits your goals, and build the confidence, discipline, and systems needed to succeed—personally and professionally. You don’t need perfection. You need direction. And that’s what I’m here to provide.

The Personal Side of Corey
The biggest accomplishment of my life isn’t a business I built or a deal I closed—it’s learning how to balance work and life with intention. I’ve managed to stay deeply involved in my wife’s and daughters’ lives while growing companies, leading teams, and developing partnerships. It’s easy to go all-in at work or all-in at home and neglect the other. I’ve walked that line, figured out how to honor both, and now I help others do the same.
Outside of business, I’m having a great time on the golf course or a pickleball court. What started as hobbies quickly became passions—some might even call them addictions. But for me, they’ve always been more than games. They’re places where I recharge, compete, laugh, and build relationships. More than once, a round of golf or a casual match has turned into a meaningful connection or a business opportunity that benefited everyone involved.
My faith is also a core part of who I am. I’m a Christian, and while I’m far from perfect, my faith shapes how I lead, how I serve, and how I show up for people. It guides my decisions, grounds me in tough seasons, and gives me a unique ability to support others in ways that aren’t always easy to explain.
At the end of the day, I’m someone who loves his family, loves the work he gets to do, and loves helping others find clarity, purpose, and balance in their own lives.
In Conversation With Corey
Over the years, I’ve been asked a lot of great questions about business, leadership, and my journey. Here are a few of the most frequently asked—along with my honest perspective.

My very first job was helping my dad install flooring. Honestly, I think I’ve been picking up scraps since I could walk. Those early days taught me the value of hard work, paying attention, and doing what needs to be done—no matter how small the task might seem. It was my first real look at responsibility.
When I was 13, my brother and I started buying and selling horses. We’d find high-spirited or neglected horses, put in the hours to break and train them, and turn them into gentle horses that anyone—even kids—could ride. A $200 horse suddenly became worth $1,000 or more.
That experience taught me something that stuck: if you’re willing to take on what others won’t touch, you can create opportunity. I didn’t know what kind of business I’d own one day, but I knew I wanted to take something overlooked and turn it into something valuable. That mindset has shaped everything I’ve built since.
No chance. Every dollar earned and every project completed fuels the next vision. The thrill for me is in the build—finding opportunities, creating growth, and taking “nothing” and turning it into something real. Building is simply part of who I am.
It’s funny—I’m not a sentimental guy, and I never set out to be a collector. But I’ve always loved the game, and friends and family started gifting me different editions. Before I knew it, I was hooked and now I'm addicted to collecting as many as I can!
My wife and daughters gave me the idea to create a supersized Monopoly board made up of my own properties and businesses. I add to it with every new deal. It’s fun, but it’s also a constant, visual reminder of growth—past, present, and future.
I’ve gone far beyond what I imagined as a kid breaking horses. But that’s the thing about vision—it grows with you. Every project, every win, every challenge opens my mind to more.
To me, being an entrepreneur means setting goals most people would call impossible… achieving them… and then setting new ones that stretch you even further.
Faith, Family, and Determination.
I’m the first to admit I don’t have everything figured out. I’ve had seasons so low I didn’t know where the next step was. But God’s grace, my wife’s unwavering support, and the encouragement from my girls have pulled me through time and time again.
Yes, I love business. Yes, I love the challenge. But at the end of the day, my biggest motivation is knowing my daughters are watching. I want them to see that nothing is impossible when you lead with faith, lean on family, and refuse to give up.
