I have been an entrepreneur since the age of 13. Over the years I have been an employee, an owner, an operator, and a partner of a variety of companies. I use my experience to benefit the companies and clients I work for in many ways. I love to see a territory grow, a company blossom, a new client reach unexpected goals, and to just be allowed to use my knowledge and experience to push others. I have a vision to expand, partner, and challenge myself and others daily. After over 29 years in the business world, I have learned a lot of lessons and I"m ready and willing to continue the forward movement.
When I was in the 8th grade, I learned one of the most valuable lessons in my life. I gave money I had on me to a boy whom I feared. I feared him because he was bigger, scarier, and overall tougher than I was. I feared he would and could kick my butt. So, in fear I willingly gave him my hard-earned money. What I didn't realize at the time was "the fear" was nothing compared to the regret and disappointment I felt in myself for giving in. All I could think about after that was what I should have done instead. It ate me alive. I couldn't go back and redo that moment in time, but I could make a commitment to never have another failure because of fear in the future.
